This article is simply to bring together the 5 recent posts I’ve made about important ways to compute.\u00a0 There’s nothing new here, just a listing of the the articles and a summary of each:<\/p>\n

  1. Security<\/a>: the most essential of all the articles to rid your PC of the demons lurking in the background.<\/li>\n
  2. Web Browsing<\/a>: you spend most of your time on your computer, online, so better to choose the best tool for the job.<\/li>\n
  3. Tackle the bloat<\/a>: as you use your PC, it gets slower and heavier due to all sorts of bloat.\u00a0 If you want to spruce it up a bit, follow this article.<\/li>\n
  4. E-books and the Amazon Kindle<\/a>: e-books, pdfs, and online publications of all sorts are increasingly common, so while this isn’t essential, it’s a great way to organise all those documents.<\/li>\n
  5. Ooops! I did it again<\/a>: for those who find it a challenge to maintain regular backups of their stuff, this is for you.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
